Don't Let Empty Calories Break Your Budget!

The average American drinks 20 ounces of soda in a day, making it the number 1 source of calories in our diet. WOW!  That's crazy! On average 22% of the calories we consume are the ones we drink. So don't fall victim to drinking your calories.

DID YOU KNOW?   There are 150-200 calories in the average bottle of regular soda. So if you must have your soda fix try to drink in moderation or try switching to a diet version.
